Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to families to facilitate app downloads and enrollment visits
• Communicate services effectively and address objections from parents and families
• Collaborate with the Local Outreach Team to engage both non-engaged and engaged patients

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable internet access required
• Minimum of one year of experience in an outreach, customer service, or call center role
• Bilingual in Spanish required
