Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patients and caregivers with an engaging onboarding experience
• Respond to a high volume of inbound communications to facilitate enrollment in care programs
• Coordinate with various team members to ensure seamless patient transitions and flag pain points for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Passion for working with seniors and their families
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or call center settings
• Comfort navigating basic technology, including phone systems and EMRs
• Familiarity with HIPAA or prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Access to high-speed internet and a secure, private workspace
