Required Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of related experience, preferably in a high volume medical office
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in customer service or call center environments
• General knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance regulations
• Proficient in computer software, including MS Word and Excel
