Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Safety Attendant to monitor and ensure the safety of patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients continuously to ensure their safety and well-being
• Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and alert the care team promptly
• Document patient activity and changes accurately throughout the shift

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
