Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using a computerized system
• Document patient information and relay it to the practices as per guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group
• Proficiency in using multiple advanced communication tools
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
