Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using a computerized system
- Document patient information and provide accurate updates regarding appointments and instructions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to explain healthcare issues with empathy
- Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a customer service environment preferred
