Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate phone assistance to patients and other stakeholders
- Schedule and register patient appointments while managing communication through various channels
- Assist with patient referrals and authorizations, ensuring first contact resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
- Preferred experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume multichannel contact center
