Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services, including account management and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Educate customers about mobile banking features and services to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or banking services is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A keen interest in mobile banking technologies and digital services.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of customer service software is a plus.
