Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with questions and issues related to the online marketplace platform.
• Help troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Educate clients on using the platform features and functionalities.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience and service efficiency.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is an advantage.
