Dutch Speaking IT Support Specialist - Athens

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
• Document and track all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide training and support to clients to improve their knowledge of product features and usage.

• Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English.
• Experience in IT support or a related technical role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of technology sectors, especially e-commerce or telecommunications, is a plus.
