Payment Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Operations Lead to build and scale financial operations infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end settlement lifecycle, including ACH/wire processing and transaction validation
• Design scalable reconciliation processes across fiat/stablecoin flows and monitor daily operations with banking and exchange partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial operation requirements into systems builds and support the implementation of a Treasury Management System

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury operations, or crypto payment processing
• Strong understanding of fiat and crypto flow of funds, including wire transfers and stablecoin mechanics
• Proven ability to design scalable systems with minimal existing infrastructure
• Experience with Banking and Exchange APIs, reconciliation tooling, and financial compliance frameworks
• Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently in a lean environment
