Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Agent responsible for ensuring a world-class deposit and withdrawal experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor payment transactions and investigate payment-related issues
• Reconcile customer payments and withdrawals with third-party vendors and banking institutions
• Assist in maintaining financial reporting and recognize suspicious or fraudulent activity

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a payments-related industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sport Management, Finance, or a related field
• Understanding of gaming and payment processes
• Ability to work a hybrid remote and in-office schedule, including weekends
• Competence with Salesforce and G Suite products
