Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies and procedures
- Support business partners in enhancing payroll procedures and internal controls
- Manage equity processing, benefit auditing, and year-end reconciliation
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience
- Experience processing payroll for 5,000+ employees
- Working knowledge of ADP systems and Workday HRMS
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
- Understanding of federal and state compliance regulations
