Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees
- Oversee the implementation of new payroll systems and onboarding of new companies
- Administer employee benefits and reconcile insurance bills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 8 years of payroll experience, including 3+ years managing multi-state payrolls
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compliance with payroll laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
