A company is looking for a Payroll & Equity Administrator to join their Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-state semi-monthly payroll processes and resolve discrepancies
- Administer equity plans and manage employee inquiries related to stock options and grants
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with auditing procedures
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll experience, including ADP Workforce Now
- Experience with stock administration, including RSUs and stock options
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is a plus
