Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Equity Administrator to join their Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute multi-state semi-monthly payroll processes and resolve discrepancies
  • Administer equity plans and manage employee inquiries related to stock options and grants
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with auditing procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of payroll experience, including ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with stock administration, including RSUs and stock options
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is a plus
