A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee multi-country payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees across the U.S., Canada, and Germany
• Act as the primary contact for payroll in the UK and France, collaborating with Employer of Record partners
• Lead payroll audits and ensure compliance with state and federal wage laws while supporting HR compliance tasks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, particularly with multi-state U.S. payroll
• Strong proficiency in Rippling, including payroll processing and advanced reporting
• Experience managing Canadian payroll and familiarity with German payroll practices
• Understanding of benefits cost structures, paycheck deductions, and tax withholdings
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism
