• Lead payroll optimization initiatives and document processes for compliance and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in Payroll Management
• Strong expertise with ADP Workforce Now
• Proven experience in leading payroll process improvement projects
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance and regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
