Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will manage payroll processing for employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and contractors
  • Ensure accurate payroll information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
  • Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage payroll-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with Quickbooks preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to handle payroll compliance and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Experience in data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
