Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in desk management and client relationship development
- Manage customer service tasks, including policy renewals, endorsements, and certificate requests
- Assist in maintaining agency management systems and ensure compliance with servicing standards
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
- Possess a current and active Property & Casualty license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in technology-based tools and Microsoft applications
