About the Role

The Offshore Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. You will manage campaigns, content, social media, and report on KPIs directly to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid media, SEO).
  • Lead social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content (blogs, case studies, newsletters).
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and offers.
  • Optimize marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities.

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to manage and report on marketing campaigns.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, SEO tools.
  • Self-driven and highly organized; comfortable working autonomously.
  • Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with [PST / EST] timezone.

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, or SaaS industries.
