Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope
• Leads the development of analysis approaches and reporting based on business needs
• Mentors junior analysts and presents analysis and reports to internal customers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required
• Experience with Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose and SQL preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within the first year
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques
