Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist licensed in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans with clients
• Document all sessions and ensure compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field allowing independent practice
• Full independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy
• Thorough understanding of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT
• Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds in mental health
