Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient/provider/customer care and support
- Prepare and label medications for distribution and manage inventory
- Participate in onboarding and training of new pharmacy personnel
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
- Entry-level experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems
- Ability to perform housekeeping duties in compliance with policies
