A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician- Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient/provider/customer care and support
- Utilize the pharmacy computer system for patient care and inventory management
- Prepare and label medications for distribution and maintain pharmacy records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
- Entry-level experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment and pharmaceutical names
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
