People Analytics Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate - People Analytics Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline data management and build automated data pipelines for People Analytics
• Develop and manage security pipelines for compliance and controlled access to data products
• Build and maintain data models for AI-ready People Analytics dashboards to enhance self-service analytics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in reporting and analytics and/or data engineering
• Hands-on experience with HR Systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL or Microsoft Fabric and analytics tools like R or Python
• Intermediate to advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
