Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
- Professional HR certification is a plus
- Knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, payroll, and employee lifecycle programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
