Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class HR customer service to employees
- Review, manage, and respond to employee inquiries and cases within defined SLAs
- Perform transactions in HR systems and assist with the creation of HR knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience, or 4 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
- 1+ year of HR or administrative experience focusing on data integrity and employee/customer experience
- Experience with HRIS/HCM systems, preferably PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with case management systems, such as ServiceNow
- Proficient in Office365 and collaboration tools
