Key Responsibilities
- Establish collaborative partnerships with business leaders on key people results
- Coach and direct leaders on performance management and employee relations
- Support annual bonus and merit cycles in partnership with regional leadership
Required Qualifications
- Degree and/or diploma in Human Resources; CPHR or SHRM designation is an asset
- 1 - 3 years of Human Resources experience in a similar role
- Broad range of experience with HR programs and policies
- Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office programs
- Knowledge of current HR-related employment laws and regulations
