Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative partnerships with business leaders on key people results
• Coach and direct leaders on performance management and employee relations
• Support annual bonus and merit cycles in partnership with regional leadership

Required Qualifications

• Degree and/or diploma in Human Resources; CPHR or SHRM designation is an asset
• 1 - 3 years of Human Resources experience in a similar role
• Broad range of experience with HR programs and policies
• Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office programs
• Knowledge of current HR-related employment laws and regulations
