Performance Engineering Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Engineering Architect Lead (LoadRunner & JMeter).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of performance testing strategies
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain performance testing tools and frameworks to automate testing processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in performance engineering, with at least 7 years specializing in LoadRunner and JMeter
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad
• Strong understanding of system architectures, operating systems, databases, and middleware components
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
