A company is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media execution across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategy across multiple channels to drive traffic and conversions
- Optimize ad spend to meet growth and efficiency goals while balancing performance and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to create and test marketing assets and build reporting dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury retail
- Extensive experience managing and optimizing product feeds for Google Shopping and Meta
- Programmatic experience with campaigns targeting Display, Digital OOH, and CTV media buys
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as GA4 and Looker
- Fluent in English; additional languages like Spanish or German are a plus
