A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead online paid acquisition campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day paid initiatives including research, budget management, and A/B testing
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize for cost-per-lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Track, analyze, and report on funnel metrics while delivering on revenue and marketing efficiency targets
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns through Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of on-page SEO and technical SEO
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
