Performance Test Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Architect specializing in Performance, Scale, and Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for performance, scalability, and reliability testing across products
• Architect and maintain performance test environments and design reusable test harnesses and frameworks
• Develop and run performance tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to engineering teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in performance engineering, scale testing, or software reliability roles
• Strong background in designing and executing benchmarks and performance test suites for complex systems
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
