Pharmacist Licensed Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, PDL Strategy - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive development of Prescription Drug Lists (PDLs) and coverage strategies for medications to achieve affordability and savings targets
• Collaborate with analytic teams to monitor results and evaluate outcomes of PDL placement and utilization management
• Represent PDL strategies to stakeholders, providing rationale for decisions and expected impacts

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD from an accredited college or university
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license
• 5+ years of managed care and/or HealthPlan experience
• Excellent analytic background, including financial impact analysis
• Proven intermediate MS Office Excel skills (e.g., V-lookups and Pivot tables)
