Pharmacy Analytics Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Pharmacy Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic direction for pharmacy operations to improve payment integrity and reimbursement accuracy
• Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy professionals to align with organizational objectives
• Utilize analytics to identify payment errors and implement solutions to reduce costs in pharmacy claims processing

Required Qualifications:

• Education: PharmD, with a Managed Care Residency preferred
• Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in pharmacy operations or pharmacy benefit management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in pharmacy claims auditing and fraud detection
• Experience with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as CMS and HIPAA
• Background in using data analytics or business intelligence tools for pharmacy claims management
