Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for pharmacists, including handling open shifts and maintaining calendars
- Support the Healthcare Supervisor with administrative tasks, including payroll preparation and travel arrangements
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and licensing for pharmacy staff and assist in recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in administrative support roles is preferred
- Prior work experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
