• Build and maintain relationships with prospective therapists and cultivate a pipeline of candidates

Required Qualifications

• Currently active as a Kins PT
• Personable, organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about improving patient care
• Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Background in inside sales, recruitment marketing, or managing lead pipelines is preferred
• Ability to start within 30 days
