A company is looking for a Plan Advisor Representative to provide customer service support and resolve inquiries related to health benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Research and resolve complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources
- Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling with care providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
- Ability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
- Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours
