Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Advisor Representative to provide customer service support and resolve inquiries related to health benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Research and resolve complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources
  • Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling with care providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting
  • Ability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
  • Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours
