Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer, Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize the Python-based main backend and storage platforms
• Refactor and modularize large-scale codebases to enhance developer velocity
• Build and scale core platform services to ensure reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience (10+ for Staff-level)
• Strong experience with large-scale backend systems, ideally in Python
• Deep expertise with storage systems such as Postgres and DynamoDB
• Experience in optimizing runtime and platform performance
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments like AWS or GCP
