Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Security Delivery Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex security solutions and services across multiple portfolios
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders and groups to ensure effective project outcomes and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Drive continuous improvement in enterprise security services through effective project management methodologies and oversight of project performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in managing large, complex projects, preferably in security or risk management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
• Experience with project financial management including budgeting and cost control
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in leading and mentoring project management teams
