Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues
- Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
