Key Responsibilities
- Utilize tracking software for presentation work and ensure job tasks are completed appropriately
- Perform presentation design tasks, including creating and editing various document types to meet client standards
- Communicate with team members and clients regarding job progress and deadlines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of presentation experience, preferably in a legal or corporate environment
- Proficient in MS Office software and familiar with Adobe PDF & Creative Suite
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain professionalism under deadlines
