Job Summary

A company is looking for a Presentation Associate to support presentation design and document production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize tracking software for presentation work and ensure job tasks are completed appropriately
  • Perform presentation design tasks, including creating and editing various document types to meet client standards
  • Communicate with team members and clients regarding job progress and deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of presentation experience, preferably in a legal or corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS Office software and familiar with Adobe PDF & Creative Suite
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain professionalism under deadlines
