Pre-Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Service Representative, Days- Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Set patient expectations and ensure a positive experience for surgical procedures and diagnostic tests
• Complete pre-registration and manage financial clearance operations for hospital services
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving patient and provider inquiries regarding referrals and insurance verification

Required Qualifications

• One year of experience in Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, or Authorizations
• Three years of experience in Patient Access (desired)
• High School Diploma or GED
