Key Responsibilities
- Respond to stakeholder requests and manage maintenance or adjustments within deadlines
- Investigate and resolve issues related to pricing, technical servicing, and reporting
- Manage pricing reporting and facilitate customized reporting for special circumstances
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in multiple platforms and applications for customer support
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Must successfully pass a background investigation
- Flexible and adaptable to change in a complex environment
