A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure data sources, design data models, and build distributed components and pipelines for data-driven decision-making
• Develop and automate large-scale data processing systems to enhance business growth and product experience
• Analyze large data sets to identify gaps and inconsistencies, providing insights to advance effective product solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• At least five years of post-baccalaureate experience in software or application development
• Minimum three years of experience in data engineering, managing data pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, AWS (S3, SQS, SNS), ETL, GitHub, Scala, Java, and Spark
• Experience with data modeling and analytics product development
