Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer - Edge Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Write C and Rust code to enhance Varnish and meet customer demands
• Lead full lifecycle projects, ensuring progress and communication with stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of production experience as a software engineer, with 5 years in networked/distributed/cloud systems
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with C or Rust
• Experience in incident response and mitigation coordination
• Motivated to improve existing workflows through automation
• Formal CS education not required; demonstrable experience is sufficient
