Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer who will lead the development of their products and report to an Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for SaaS operations and distributed systems
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
• Mentor and coach engineering teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, particularly in SaaS operations and distributed systems
• Deep expertise in designing and building scalable, distributed systems
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive technical direction
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms
