• Mentor, coach, and guide engineers at varying levels of experience
• Troubleshoot production and development issues, ensuring high-quality reporting features
• Write and review code with an emphasis on clean, scalable APIs and robust UI components

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience as both an individual contributor and a technical leader
• Strong experience with Go and designing/building APIs
• Open-minded and adaptable with a focus on technical depth and leadership
• Experience with data visualization frameworks is a strong plus
