Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal FP&A (Hospitality Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual financial plan and budget in collaboration with leadership and finance teams
• Lead the monthly close process, including variance analysis and financial reporting
• Drive commercial reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or a related analytical role
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with large datasets and Power Query
• Knowledge of the travel, hospitality, or software industries is a plus
