Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Motion Planning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop algorithms for autonomous driving, including search-based, sampling-based, and optimization-based methods
  • Integrate and evaluate motion planning and prediction algorithms
  • Design and build a robust codebase for motion planning approaches and participate in mentoring sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven expertise in the robotics or autonomous vehicle field
  • 2+ years of research experience in robotics or motion planning
  • 2+ years of C++ software development experience
  • Experience in project implementation from formulation to deployment
