Principal Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Observability Engineer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive observability solutions for visibility into applications
• Collaborate with teams to identify performance metrics and ensure early issue resolution
• Lead junior engineers and guide system optimization to keep practices up-to-date

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform operations
• Programming background in Python and experience with Dynatrace
• History of implementing end-to-end observability architecture
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native infrastructure
• Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure DevOps
